Refund POLICY

At Fusion Hair Gatton, our top priority is ensuring that every guest leaves our salon feeling confident, satisfied, and valued. If for any reason you are not completely happy with a service or product, please review the following policy:

Services:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unhappy with the result of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist to address your concerns.
  • No Refunds on Services: Due to the time and creative nature of hair services, we do not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, we encourage communication so we can make it right.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds or free redos will not be offered for a change of mind or if the result differs due to reasons outside our control (e.g. previous hair history or condition).

Products:

  • Unused and Unopened: Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A receipt is required for all returns.
  • Faulty Products: If a product is found to be faulty, we will replace it or offer a refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
