We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 HOURS’ NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations:
In the event that you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then the fee agreed at the time of booking will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources.
In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 48hours prior to your appointed time, then no fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time upon notice. Please read our terms and conditions prior to all bookings.

No-Shows:
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment or deposit for future bookings.

To cancel or reschedule, please telephone the salon directly. Cancellations via email, social media, or other channels may not be accepted.
